I bought a Watertight II and a Glennaker jacket at the same time, both in size M. The Glennaker fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The Watertight II is very snug in the armpits and around the mid-section (I am a slim 5' 10" and 180lb). Also, the hood has some strange, fixed elastic pulls that aren't intuitive (the hood is also non-stowable). And while the jacket is described as "packable" there are no guides on the product page (or that come with the product) on how to pack it.

I am disappointed of the quality of this rain jacket. I expected much better from Columbia products... this is more of a dollar store merchandise.

It is effective at repelling water. The only additional that take it to a 5 star is brim or lip that shields rain from the face. The jacket is being used by someone who works in the elements 8-10 hours a day.

The jacket fits nice, but it makes a lot of noise, which is why I returned it. Can't comment on how it holds up in the weather.
