Bought this late last Summer (2020) and wanted to try it for this Summer. New England is having quite a rain storm right now. This jacket is not even CLOSE to 100% waterproof. Got back inside just now and my back is damp from water seeping within the jacket.

Good: Sized properly. Keeps water out. Keeps wind out. Bad: Liner does not stay in place. Every time I put the jacket on, I have to pull the liner up at the shoulder area so it does not hang out at my wrist. A different cotton liner would be better. Other than that adjustment, the jacket is great.
