Not as waterproof as advertised rain soaked through

Works as a raincoat but doesn't provide any warmth for Autumn weather, which I was looking for.

They should remove the velcro at the bottom. It is really annoying every time you unzip you have to undo the velcro. The hood is difficult to secure as well.

I expect when I see the words

It is effective at repelling water. The only additional that take it to a 5 star is brim or lip that shields rain from the face. The jacket is being used by someone who works in the elements 8-10 hours a day.
