My husband likes this hat. It is nice and lite, can hardly feel it on his head. He is looking forward to testing it out in Tucson on our vacation!

Why, oh why, did Columbia take away the women's sun protective ball cap that actually fit my small 21 inch head?? I can only hope that these reviews will persuade them to bring it back! As others have said, it is possible to make the velcro closure tight enough & have the end stick out, but the body of the hat itself feels so large compared to my older Columbia women's ball caps. I loved the dark blue (nocturnal) color, but gave it to my husband as it was just so big.

Runs small. The marketing hype and price never match the quality of the product. Have a similar Columbia baseball cap from a couple of years ago that needed replacing. This one was similar in material but not fit.

I liked their design a lot, but one of them has something inside that at first I didn't feel, it was like something that rubbed my foot, it bothered very little almost without feeling it, but when I used them for a long period I became inflamed and very painful
