I bought this in light gray and white. The blue dots show through on the white one and make it look like a hospital gown! This didn't happen with the gray shirt, it's more opaque even though the fabric weight is the same.

in my sport I use my arms a lot. Having four seams converge at a cross in the armpits is an old design. It might be ok if I were just sitting, not so great for active wear. I usually wear a XL, the large was a bit roomy on me.

A little bit of wind and sweat and you feel like a walking AC unit

Material feels nice but after about 4 wears/washes the shirt us starting to pill especially from backpack straps. It also has a tendency to snag. I wish companies would stop making flat exposed seems because they are velcro magnets. I never noticed much cooking effect on these omni-freeze shirts but it was on sale so I figured I would give it another shot. Columbia needs to step up their durability game to justify the price.

Got the white cap color in medium for my husband. He's 5'8" and around 160lbs. Previous bought the Deschutte's runner long sleeve and had the same issues with extra long sleeves. Guess it's just the style since it's visible in the models too. Not a fan.
