It is fit perfect and it is light, also cute looking

If you own the older design of this hat because you have a large head and it is one of the only sun hats that actually fits then the new design will not work for you The old design has only the small Columbia logo on the front above the corner of the brim while the NEW design looks very similar but has "COLUMBIA" stitched alongside the small logo.

While at first glance they look identical except for the logo the new design is smaller than the old design. Unfortunately Amazon is selling the new design under the exact same item listing as the previous design so if you had previously ordered it and click on the item from your Previous Orders with the hopes of getting it again you will receive the NEW design instead.

I was hoping to add a few more to my closet to have on hand incase I lost or damaged my current hat but was sorely disappointed. If the new model fits then it's a great hat but if you were hoping to have the same fit as the old model then you will be sorely disappointed.

This was the type of hat I wanted, but it's too small, didn't cover back of neck right & brim was short. Hard to find in your store with help. I know they make bigger one's for fly fishing but not in your store stock.

Keeps my next from being sunburned while on the water fishing all day. Works perfect paired with a pfg shirt.

To short doesn't cover my neck would be better for a child
