Great hat! Not too hot. Arrived on time. Great quality.

Disappointing. I had ordered this with great expectations that it would cool my head when hiking. There is nothing to it at all; it's no different than any other baseball cap, as far as I can tell. It's a very pretty color and a good fit, but it definitely does nothing special to cool the head. I'd sent it back if I hadn't already sweated all over the supposedly "cooling" headband inside the hat. I paid full price for it, so I feel especially bad about having bought it. $32 is a lot to pay for a cap like this if it doesn't do what it promises.

The light fabric and terrific headband are exactly what I was looking for in a hot-weather ball cap, this will definitely keep your head as cool as possible while wearing a cap in the sun. But I found the cut of the cap a bit strange...at least for my head. You can adjust the circumference with the back velcro strap, but the hat seems too deep (or tall) for my head. In other words, there is a bunch of fabric left at the top when I put it on...if I pull it down to snug over my head, the sides come down over my ears. I've never had that issue with a ball cap before. Other than that, this is a perfect hot weather ball cap.

This is a perfectly nice baseball camp in lovely colors, but it's not unisex. It's definitely made for men. 1. The hook part of the velcro closure on the back of the cap faces your head. This means that every time I put the cap own and take the cap off, it's yanking my hair out of the ponytail it's in. This is just bad design, y'all -- no one really wants the pokey part of the velcro facing their skin or pulling on their hair. 2. The hat runs very big for a woman's head. I have a big head for a woman, and I only need to adjust the hat a tiny bit to fit it on my head -- I wouldn't be surprised if women with average-sized heads find this had to be too big. The bowl of the hat is pretty big, too. I'm including a photo of the hat dangling from my hair by the velcro hooks -- truly all I did was put the hat on and take it off, and this happened naturally. taffer
