Cap arrived in a bag that crushed it. It does cool when worn but not stylish!

This hat fits great and is super cool in the heat.... But... There's a design flaw. The hard part of the Velcro part faces down, towards your hair, and the soft part faces out. It should be switched. Every time I take it off it grabs a chunk of my hair. My head is not small enough for the Velcro to be perfectly lined up. I'm going to get a small piece of Velcro to cover the part that keeps grabbing my hair.

I wear hats frequently for running and live in Florida. Unfortunately, this hat did not provide any sort of cooling feature and not very good at catching or wicking sweat. It is very soft and comfortable but I was disappointed for using it during running.
