Purchased this jacket in the Fall of 2020, after only a season the seam stitching came undone on the arm. I sent it in to Columbia for repair and was given a product voucher because it couldnt be fixed...? I decided I liked it well enough I would guve it another try so ordered the exact same jacket; size and color! When the new one got here it was too tight around the arms and chest, when zipped I couldnt even fully cross my arms in front of me. Had to return and now am awaiting a refund for my voucher to think about ordering another. The most frustrating part of the whole situation is it's February/March in Wyoming and when I need this the most!!! There has been nothing fast about this process!
