I use this for walking. I try for 3 2-mile walks a week. It's good for early winter. Deep winter needs my parka. I like not having a hood because it obstructs my vision and looking around is a very important part of these walks. It's about perfect for not too cold walking. I wouldn't mind a left side chest pocket for my phone. The interior pockets are hard to get to with out unzipping.

Disappointed. Too light for winter. The reflection heating is a gimmick. It does fit fine. More of a springtime jacket.
