Warranty Policy :

Warranty period is 4 years from the date of import, as mentioned on the MRP tag.

If the MRP tag is not available, the date of manufacturing on the inner label of the product will be considered to calculate the 4-year period.

If the date of manufacturing is also unavailable, the warranty is then reduced to 6 months from the date of the customer invoice.


Return/Exchange :

Return/Exchange Policy Website Stores
Process Visit the ‘My Orders’ section in your account and click on the ‘RETURN/EXCHANGE’ tab and confirm your RETURN/ EXCHANGE. Visit the nearest Columbia Sportswear or Adventuras store in India only.
Eligibility The purchase was made from www.columbiasportswear.co.in or www.adventuras.in website only. The purchase was made from any of above branded chain of stores.
Return Flexibility To save your time you can now visit any Columbia/Adventuras exclusive retail store to execute your return for the purchase(s) made on either websites.
If returning to the central warehouse, company will take care of all costs of shipping. If returning to the nearest store, the customer has to self-drop the product.
The product has to be returned to the nearest store.
Return Request The return request is raised within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Condition of Product Your product must be in original, unworn condition and in brand tags/packaging.
Documents Customer must retain the receipt of the product and present it when returning the product.
Exchange of product You can directly exchange your product by clicking on the 'Order Details' section of your account. Select the size you wish to exchange, follow the instructions, and choose your replacement. Exchanges will be restricted to size changes and style changes, of the same MRP and subject to availability.
Exclusions Return/Exchange policy does not apply to baselayers & Undergarments.
Additional Points
  • In case of Cancellation of any article on either website, the same is allowed before the order gets shipped. In case an order is in transit, it can’t be canceled.
  • In case of purchases made outside of India, customer care in India will advise further course of action.
  • A product must have its original tags and packaging intact for a successful return. This includes Chogori's Tagloop, a plastic tag with a unique serial ID that's attached to eligible items before shipping. Customers can only return products if the Tagloop is intact.
