the zipper gets stuck a lot, and is a pain to get off ??

Great jacket, looks smart, fits well, useable pockets. This is good for -25 to 30C with a sweater layer inside. More layering is required for colder weathers. Zip is not the smoothest, but that is a common theme with Columbia jackets. I got this as a replacement for a new jacket that I returned due to zip failing.

Looks like blue, but its green. Zipper struggled to zip to the top. Columbia quality has gone down in the last 5-10 years. I bought a Leather belt and it fell apart in less than 90 days.

Ordered another coat since customer service would not refund or send a new coat. Customer service wanted me to mail grandsons coat in for possible zipper repair and leaving 5 year old with no winter coat or I had to purchase another winter coat while parka ($140.00) is possibly getting repaired. The coat should have been refunded!
