I opted to give Columbia shoes a try and was very hopeful as I have ordered other items and was please. However, upon trying on these shoes it was clear they were not for me. The sit odd and elevate the rear sole leaning you a tad forward. It is not a comfortable shoe and I looked to start a return. That's were Columbia is terrible. You have to pay $6.00 to return something to them. How does one know it will fit or work for them without trying them first? You can't and to have to pay to return them is unacceptable in today's market. This is why Amazon is crushing everyone. They make everything easy and continue to heavily support customer service. Columbia, unfortunately does not.
