I was excited to get this jacket, but when it arrived, I was so disappointed because the thread in front was already coming out. It made me question the quality of this jacket. I'm still debating on whether to return or not.I don't want to pay for return service. I have returned a jacket in the past for exchange and I was charged $6 or so for returning. Columbia please make returning a little easier for your customers. I went up a size and fits perfectly.
